Because we’re one hour ahead and I’m not feeling sleepy yet.. (Posting this a week late and semi-incomplete as it has been sitting in my drafts for a while now..)

A few days before the Binibining Pilipinas 2014 Grand Coronation Night, Avon Philippines posted a raffle promo giving away patron tickets to the event. I joined and completely forgot about it until lo and behold, I won! Woohoo! I invited Cla to go with me as she is one of my friends who always watch these pageants. We were a bit early to the event that started around 8pm I think. We were there 630 and proceeded to stuff ourselves with tacos, Jamaican patties, etc. Never mind that we were about to watch a show full of totally fit and sexy ladies – that bucket of popcorn had our name on it!
The show feels a bit long when you watch it live as you can really see how they set up each portion for the delayed telecast that same night. Thankfully one of the evening’s host, Anne Curtis, entertained the audience by giving us a preview of her upcoming concert sequel! I also loved the setup of the glittering stage as well as Shamcey and Janine’s makeup by Qua. (I researched his name and even managed to squeeze in his workshop before flying out here.) On to the photos that were mostly taken by my phone as I sadly did not have a camera then.
These are totally random shots that I just wanted to post as we enjoyed the night immensely even though we were admittedly tired in the end after sitting for 5 and so hours.
